I have been to several urgent cares and I must admit I am very impressed with this one. I believe I walked in at about 11:25am and by 12:41pm, I was in my car pulling off. That is big because usually urgent cares takes at least two hours to see you. Lindsey was perfect and nice .. her friendliness and sense of urgency is what will make me drive way from Killian road just to visit this office out here in Lexington! Bravo team! Keep up the good work!
I’m very impressed with this office. I don’t have a family doctor, but needed to have my cough checked out quickly as it was getting worse every day. All practices in the area have 2-month wait minimum for new patients so I decided to go to Urgent Care. The office is very clean and the staff and the doctor are super nice and courteous (special shout out to the gentleman nurse who was super funny and nice!). The wait was minimal, they did all the necessary tests including x-rays and the doctor took his time to address all my concerns. Highly recommend!
Was really shocked this morning when I was told my disabled daughter couldn’t be seen due to not having a picture ID. She literally just turned 18. Also, no one asked me why she needed to be seen so I would hate to think they’d turn away a life threatening situation over a picture. Luckily, it was not life threatening and we were able to be seen at a different local urgent care.
I will never go to another urgent care in my life !! They are absolutely 10 stars! Staff is so welcoming and caring! Dr Clark is great. So understanding and listens to the patient. And he gets you well!! Really a gem!! Please never leave! And Dr Hatemi is the same! Went the extra mile to find out everything that was wrong with me and heard everything I was telling him. I went in feeling so bad and discouraged!! Didn’t think anything was going to help me. He knew EXACTLY what to prescribe and I got started immediately. I am in bed resting and I have already improved and am so thankful for that office!! Such a difference from other urgent care’s that move you in and out like they are herding cattle. And never really care.

I really like this place - my husband goes here cause he is not established at another doctors office. He took my daughter here for something I have expressed concern to here PCP. My PCP just stated it’s normal nothing to worry about. This office took an extra step and finally knows what is going on. Thanks to everyone from the front desk, nurse, to the doctor.
